These terms cover what you can expect from ÉPAINOS and what is expected of anyone using the site, the tools and any future releases. Written in plain language. Legally binding all the same.
ÉPAINOS is a creative umbrella based in the Netherlands. It covers digital tools, studio work, selected imagery, a curated radio channel and a small readership channel. Nothing on this site constitutes a partnership, agency or employment relationship unless explicitly agreed in writing.
You may read, share and quote from this site for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish copy or imagery as your own, or use any part of the brand in a way that implies an association that does not exist.
Tools released by ÉPAINOS are licensed for personal use by the purchaser. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute or publish them as templates of your own. Each release ships with its own licence file; where the licence file differs from these terms, the licence file governs that product.
Studio engagements are selective. Terms for any given engagement are set out in a separate agreement before work begins. Nothing on the public site constitutes a binding offer for studio services.
The site and its releases are provided as-is. ÉPAINOS tries to keep everything working and online but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Short interruptions are part of the world.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, ÉPAINOS is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, the tools or any future releases. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
These terms may be updated. The last-updated date is noted at the end of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
